Kenchi generates a floor plan and the full set of drawings with it: structural, HVAC, plumbing, power and lighting. Every drawing comes with a 3D model that stays in step as you edit the 2D, in real time.

01 What I built
The CSG massing editor: box, extrude, loft, cut, array.

02 The honest part
My first performance fix made editing worse. The rework (batched entities, instanced meshes, GPU pick-buffer selection) made multi-floor plans smooth on low-end machines.

A floor plan Kenchi generated, redrawn from its line geometry. It is the same plan the film draws and builds.
